/crawl (/gcrawl) -> Crawl on the ground
/emote (/gemote) -> Use an emote

/sit toggle/playertoggle -> Toggle the ability to rightclick blocks or players
/crawl toggle-> Toggle the ability to crawl with double-sneak

/gsitreload (/gsitrl) -> Reloads the plugin​
